We are so happy to wish our longtime friend and former client, Greg Taylor, a very happy birthday! 🌟

Greg spent nearly 17 years in prison for a murder he did not commit. Today, he is on our board, helping innocent defendants just like him. He also travels the world and captures its beauty with his camera .photos 📸

Head over to nccai.org to learn more about Greg’s story. Happy Birthday, Greg!

April is Second Chance Month! This is a time to raise awareness about the difficulties of reentry for millions of Americans. Typical reentry programs are not tailored to the experiences of someone who has been imprisoned for a crime they did not commit. We are working to help exonerees receive the resources and support they need after release from prison.

The two Joseph Sledge Houses of Healing were built in collaboration with to provide a living space and reentry services for exonerees. We are so excited to begin hosting exonerees at this very special place.

Support our efforts by heading to nccai.org and raising awareness in your own communities! 💫
