Since 1989, Community Health Coalition (CHC) has fostered collaboration among dedicated leaders and professionals from diverse fields, including medicine, education, mental health, faith organizations, law, finance, the military, and social advocacy, with the shared objective of achieving health equity for all, transcending existing racial and socioeconomic barriers. In 2025, we will highlight a distinct health focus each month.
