Local Waterin Hole

My husband found this in his grandparents' house. It looks like keys but doesn't open any door in the house, and it's quite old. What could it be? Details in the first comment

Just want to thank everyone for making the Superbowl Party at the Hole a great time.It is the friends of the Hole that make it such a great place to enjoy drink and friends. Me and Karen are so lucky to have friends like all of you and invite everyone back to share in fun times in the future. Summers coming and we have a lot of events planned so get ready to party
