Monkey Bottom Collaborative

Our Story

Monkey Bottom Collaborative has space available to share with our community. There are two adjoining spaces, one is an open, gallery-style space of about 500 sf with a stage , which is another 100 sf, and the other side is about 800 sf.There is also a shared bathroom, kitchenette,outside garden area, covered front porch, and parking lot. This could be used on a long term, short term or intermittent basis: we are open to many permutations.

rates are negotiable.

though we consider many factors in our rates, a general range is:
250 for an event on a weekend, 150 for a simple day event, 600 for a week long event. however, we would be pleased to negotiate deeply discounted rates for ongoing and/or easily set up events ie music jams, classes, etc: please don't hesitate to ask us.

please note: For anything beyond a one or two day/ night event, the monkeybottom artists share kitchenette and bathroom and would need access through or around your space to the shared areas.
