Say hello to Katie Gonzalez, the dried flower artist at !

Katie developed a love of gardening a few years ago, inspired by her father's cultivation of zinnias and yarrow. In November of 2022, sbe began Petal to the Press began as a way to extend her garden and to share her love of preserving flowers with others.

Katie loves experimenting with each different flower, leaf and plant to see how they dry or press, and then turning them into art. She carefully chooses the plants to add to her garden, selecting the best options for pressing to create framed art, bookmarks, cards and other gift options. In addition to pressing flowers that she grows, she also does bouquet preservations for all events such as weddings, memorials, and birthdays.
