Meet Ozzy
Whether this is your first home, or you are a seasoned real estate investor, my goal is to make sure each loan transaction closes in a timely manner, and most importantly, the loan program serves your current needs and ongoing financial goals.
My primary goal is to lend with transparency, honesty and integrity, while providing my clients with the highest customer service. I take the time to get to know my clients, answer any questions they may have, and make financing recommendations based on their goals in mind. I pride myself in returning phone calls and emails within the same business day. I put 100% effort in every loan transaction, and treat each file as if it is the only transaction I am working on. This isn’t always an easy task to accomplish, but it is how I do business!
I have a Bachelors degree in Business, as well as a Masters degree in Education both from Arizona State University, and believe knowledge is power. As a lifelong learner, I am always looking for educational opportunities to learn more about the new programs and lending regulations so I can better serve my clients and referral partners.
