More before and afters!! Probably my favorite part of this whole remodel!! Kept the fireplace insert, it was working fine. Changed out the trim kit to brushed nickel. Took down the old mantle, surround and tile. Added shiplap, new herringbone marble tile and a new beefy cedar mantle! Adding thicker window moldings and replacing carpet with LVP, with taller baseboards makes the whole family room look more substantial.
