Job Summary
We are looking for our next service advisor! The ideal candidate will have experience (but we may train the right candidate!) in an automotive office setting, be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, have a solid work ethic, be willing to listen to useful feedback from others, and most importantly be a team player. The service advisor is responsible for establishing and maintaining good communication with the customer throughout the entire process of the repairs, from start to finish. Providing our customers with a great experience and solid communication is vital to our business. This position is perfect for an experienced service advisor or for someone who is looking to grow into a career in the automotive industry without prior experience.

Essential Job Functions
Service Advisor responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Answer phones and direct calls as needed.
2. Schedule customer appointments.
3. Advise customers of the repairs needed for their vehicles.
4. Order parts for the technicians and return parts as necessary (new returns, defects, labor claims).
5. Drive customers home and provide a comfortable customer experience.
6.. Any and all other unique tasks needed around the office.

Requirements
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Please be ready, willing, and able to work Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends and major holidays. Our office hours are 7:30AM-6:00PM. Optional full-time or part-time position is available.

Benefits
5 day work week, paid sick days, paid vacation days, dental insurance.
Pay is $40k-85k depending on experience. If you are an experienced service advisor, perfect! If not, that is okay, too, we will train, but the pay rate is dependent on experience prior.

Eagle Auto Repair is seeking to add a technician apprentice to our growing team. We are a family owned, customer oriented shop with a great reputation and loyal customer base. As such, customer service is our highest priority, behind safety. We do not specialize in classic cars, although we do work on a fair amount of them.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Performing vehicle inspections
2. Diagnosing customers' concerns under guidance of master technicians
3. Completing repairs and performing maintenance on vehicles
4. Test driving vehicles
5. Maintaining clean work spaces

Requirements:
1. Valid driver's license with a good driving record
2. Be ready, willing, and able to work Monday-Friday 8:00-6:00 with an hour for lunch each day.

Benefits:
1. 5 paid vacation days after one year of employment
2. 10 paid vacation days after 3 years of employment
3. 3 paid sick days per year
