Memories...
paid seminar on extracting intrinsic flavor notes during the roast process in the O.G. Yo el Rey Roasting, Napa Valley. After a cupping we all went across the street to Olabisi and did the same with wine! (Look how pro I was; bending for eye contact. It's the little things). Sick night.
