Honest Health Coaching

Early dinner tonight.
A large mixed greens salad, tomato, 1/2 an apple & salmon (baked & seasoned with black pepper)
Plus some raw sunflower & pumpkin seeds, h**p hearts & a sprinkling of ground flax.
Dressing: balsamic vinaigrette

As a Health Coach I have fallen, with my health and have, honestly, not really worked with any clients. I have not promoted my business.

Yes, I have a website and this page on Facebook, but I have not advertised and I stopped practicing what I learned.

I stopped eating the way that I found works best for me (90% plant based), stopped exercising and of late have let negativity creep in.

Today, I begin my work back to feeling better, having a more positive outlook and updating my skills and knowledge once more.

When I feel I am better equipped, I have every intention of being the best Health Coach I can be.

In the mean time, I will share with you my progress.
