Hi all,

We had a couple of last minute volunteer cancelations.

One is for the Aid Station on Saturday 3/21 from 10am-2pm.

The other is for Course Security on Saturday 3/21 from 4am-8am.

If anyone is looking for an opportunity to volunteer, we’d be grateful to have you!

Volunteer - Pulse Endurance Runs

I wanted to send this out and give everyone the opportunity to support this great non profit if you are interested. There is no pressure to participate as this weekend is about personal goals, running with friends, making new ones, supporting our amazing running community and of course having fun!

Idaho COBS is doing some great work here in Idaho. Jef and I are excited to sponsor three amazing runners Jose Cervantes, Emily Wooley and Brian Strouf for $1 per lap. We're excited to see how they do!
I'm also going to do the situp and pushup challenges, but it's a big no for the Burpees, honestly I'd rather donate NOT to do Burpees! haha

We have several volunteer spots still available for the event. The most critical need is for the Aid Station on Friday and Saturday during the 2am-6am slot. It’s definitely the most fun time, especially when you chat with sleep deprived race directors!

We also have lots of options for course security which entails being on the course during the nighttime hours to ensure runner safety.
