🕺 Let’s talk about dudes doing Pilates.

We’ve all seen the videos… a guy walks into a Pilates class thinking it’ll be easy and walks out humbled. 😅

The thing is, the goal isn’t to make class hard just for the sake of being hard.

At Purpose, challenge comes from moving well.

Pilates asks your body to create strength through control, stability, coordination, and precision. It exposes compensations, improves body awareness, and builds resilience in ways that complement lifting, running, biking, skiing, golf, and just about every other activity you enjoy.

Whether you’re deadlifting heavy, chasing your kids, or spending weekends on the trails, better movement translates outside the studio.

💥 Looking to add some low-impact cardio to your weekly routine?

❤️‍🔥 Reformer + Jump Board combines everything you love about traditional Pilates Reformer with the added challenge of dynamic, joint-friendly cardio work.

Expect 20–25 minutes of jumping woven throughout class. The focus of each jump series changes based on the spring setting and movement pattern. Heavier springs create a more strength-focused challenge for the legs, while lighter springs shift the emphasis toward core control, stability, and endurance.

Like all of our classes, the goal isn’t simply to move faster—it’s to move with intention. Thoughtful progressions, creative choreography, and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself while staying connected to quality movement. 💖

Our June social mountain bike rides are here, and we’re spreading the love around the valley with a collection of some of our favorite trails. We intentionally chose routes that are accessible to a variety of riding levels so more people can join in on the fun.

These rides aren’t about pace, performance, or keeping score. They’re about getting outside, moving our bodies, building confidence on the bike, and creating community beyond the studio walls.

Whether you’re looking for a riding buddy, hoping to meet new people, or simply want an excuse to spend more time on the trails, you’ll have friends pedaling alongside you.
