What’s a style guide?

A style or brand guide can help your business maintain consistency of grammar, punctuation, wording, tone, and voice — regardless of the type of content and who may be creating it. It’s a living document that can and should change and grow with your business.

If a potential client reads a post on one of your social media channels and follows a link to your website, the experience should be one of continuity. A shift in tone or wording from the post to a landing page can lead to confusion and frustration…and possibly the loss of a sale or lead.
