We are looking for an ambitious customer service representative to join our dynamic company and build a career. If you are looking for a mediocre job with little effort needed, this job is not for you!

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and online chats
Providing moving quotes to prospective clients that are moving locally.
Upselling moving services such as packing, unpacking or materials.
Follow up with clients on quotes provided-closing deals.
Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork.
The Ideal Candidate:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Self- motivated, self-directed, works under pressure.
Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale.
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

Pay: Salary + commission: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

We are a local, five star rated moving company. We look for LOCAL, experienced, movers and drivers on an ongoing basis, extra guys and for new positions that open as we continue to grow. You must have a clean driving record and a valid NJ driver’s license (non CDL) to drive 16-20-24 ft. moving trucks. You must also have a reliable car or way to get to our East Hanover based yard every morning. You must be a team player, fit in with our crew, reliable, responsible, friendly and personable to the customers, and to your team. You must also be drug and drama free. Please feel free to apply.
