536 Abbot is now available for rent for the 2022/2023 school year! (August to August). Rent will be $6300 per month.

10 bedroom house in a fantastic location, 2 blocks from Albert and the downtown East Lansing Nightlife. Parking for up to 9 cars, 2.5 baths. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, all appliances provided.

Single bedrooms will not be rented separately.

House will be rented on a first come first serve basis, usually by October for the following school year.

Living room was newly renovated in September of 2010. Hardwood floors were refinished in dark mahogany, new crown and base molding were installed, and everything was freshly painted. Definitely a highlight of the house!

Hot tub, new August 2009. Kept clean and in great condition!

The basement is a great place to entertain guests, or do your laundry. Containing a laundry room, full bathroom and utility sink, it has everything you need. But the back section is most impressive, with a 12 foot bar including a sunk in 55 gallon fish tank, bench seating, and dynamic track lighting.
