Happy 4th of July from the Rhode Island Builders Association.

Wishing our members, partners, and friends a safe and happy Independence Day as we celebrate the communities, we are proud to help build across Rhode Island.

Rhode Island’s Executive Office of Housing has opened Round 2 of the Housing 2030 Entry Level Homeownership Program, with approximately $12.5 million available to support the development of affordable for-sale housing.

This funding is designed to help expand homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income households and support projects that create more accessible paths to buying a home in Rhode Island.

An informational Zoom session will be held on Wednesday, July 15 at 10 AM. Questions are due by Thursday, August 6 at 3 PM, and applications must be submitted through the Euna Grants Portal by Thursday, September 3 at 4 PM.
