June 4, 2026

Day Shift June 4: A Squad

26-005184- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Field Interview
Police responded regarding an unconscious female in a green Toyota Camry. She was to have been involved in an altercation at her residence in Georgia with her roommate. She advised she fell asleep at the pump due to the late hour. No signs of being intoxicated were noted and she was sent on her way. FI on file.

26-005178- 1000 BLK Hibbler Circle- Property
The caller stated she last remembers seeing her cream-colored wallet valued at $30 with the contents on May 24th in the evening at her residence. She then told police she tracked the Apple air tag connected to the wallet to the dump at an unknown location on 06/02/2026 at an unknown time. A report was generated for lost property.

26-005183 – 1500 BLK Heather Street - Unconscious / Back EMS
The resident at the above address found an unresponsive woman in his back yard a few steps away from the hotel cut through to the South Parking lot on his way to work. The woman was heavily intoxicated and transported for treatment. To identify the woman police visited her hotel room where her boyfriend was found in the room, also unresponsive. He too was heavily intoxicated and transported by a separate EMS unit for treatment. East Ridge Animal Services took possession of the man's dog until discharge from the hospital.

26-005189 – 1000 BLK Bass Pro Drive - Suspicious Activity / Trespass Warning
Management advised a daily loiterer was in the parking lot asking customers for money and wished to have the party trespassed. Police contacted him and advised of the trespass and the consequences if he returned. Proximity Restriction #26-000116

26-005191 - 1517 Tombras Avenue - Warrant Service -
A man was arrested at the East Ridge City Courthouse for four outstanding warrants: Forfeiture Capias (Possession of Xanax for Resale), Forfeiture Capias (Possession of Fentanyl for Resale), Forfeiture Capias (Tampering with Evidence), and Forfeiture Capias (Felony Evading). He was transported to jail without incident.

26-005193 - 941 Spring Creek Road - Shots Fired
An unknown caller requested police assistance after alleging he had fallen into the woods and could not get up. The caller then advised he was being shot at and said he would meet officers at the ambulance bay before disconnecting the call. No parties were located, and the caller did not identify himself. No other reports of shots being heard were filed.

Night Shift June 4: C Squad

26-005195 – 900 BLK Donaldson Road – Suspicious Activity
Cemetery management located a campsite on the property and requested for the individuals to be criminally trespassed. Police Officers checked the campsite and found it was empty. Patrol also walked the entire property but did not locate any suspicious persons. The information was passed on to the other ERPD sh*ts for situational awareness.

26-005197 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft
A shopper reported a theft at the market. She mistakenly left $60 at the self-checkout kiosk. When she realized the mistake, she returned to the store and found the money was gone. Loss Prevention will check the camera systems to see if the incident was recorded. The suspect in the theft is currently unknown.

25-005201 –3600 BLK Helen Lane– Delayed Disorder
A resident reported an on-going dispute between her grandchildren and her neighbor’s children. Police discussed the situation with the reporting party along with options for resolving the issue. All the reported disorders have been verbal in nature.

26-005202 – 800 BLK South Germantown Road – Motor Vehicle Crash / DUI Arrest
Police responded to a single vehicle crash with no injuries. A witness stated a vehicle crashed into a guard rail and the driver left on foot. Police checked the area and found the driver a short distance from the crash site. Upon further investigation, the male suspect was found to be intoxicated and was in possession of a small amount of crack co***ne. In addition, several open containers of alcoholic beverages were found in his vehicle. The man was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Open Container Law, Simple Possession, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Property Damage.

26-005206 – 400 BLK Bluebird Circle – Well-being Check
A family member requested a well-being check due to concerning statements made through text messages. Police Officers responded to the location and spoke with the party in her home. She denied making any threatening statements and stated she did not wish to harm herself. She further stated that she sent several messages to her husband which may have been misunderstood.

26-005210 – I-75 Southbound MM 0.4 – Suspicious Activity
A driver traveling on I-75 reported that a large object hit his windshield and damaged it. The driver thought the object was thrown from the Ringgold Road overpass. Police Officers checked the area around 6600 Ringgold Road but did not locate any suspects. Debris to include broken cinder block was found near the overpass but Police could not verify the objects were used to strike the reporting party’s vehicle.

26-005211 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest
A Police Officer observed a man riding a bicycle at night without a white light on the front as required by Tennessee law. The Officer initiated a traffic stop, but the male bicyclist refused to stop. Several other Police Officers responded to the area and attempted to stop or slow down the suspect. Police Officers were able to eventually box in the bicyclist in the 4300 block of Ringgold Road. The male was detained and identified. He was found to have a Failure to Appear warrant through the Hamilton County Sessions Court. He was taken into custody and given an additional charge of Evading Arrest along with a Light Law Violation.
