I’m currently writing this at 1 in the morning and the Knicks are still two wins away from bringing a title back to the greatest city in the world, yet I feel hopeless. It’s probably because I’ve sat through heartbreak after heartbreak as a New York fan. The people who just bought their Knicks merch wouldn’t understand. What fans of the four teams pictured have been through. It’s a different type of trauma. I sat in an NYC bar tonight watching the game and despite the historic win streak we’re on something just felt off. I guess until the trophy is in our hands I’ll have that feeling.

We’re so close to my dream as a fan yet it feels so far away. Please win on Wednesday. If they lose this series I might never recover 💔🙏
