If you want to work out your body and mind, this is the personal training group session to join! Sharon A. Allen is a great training that makes working out fun but done right! The sessions are $10 per person and she will be working with packages of 8, 10, or 16 day sessions. Bring your H20 and yoga mat…I hope you can join us.
