Hiiii! Iโm Nina. The face behind Blue Stone Photography. This business has been built over the past 10 years on a leap of faith trusting that God will provide for our family. Trusting that my desire to stay home to be able to raise our girls would be promised. Trusting that people would believe in me capturing their memories.
I cannot believe the amount of people I have had in front of my camera. The new babies, the weddings, the families etc. itโs amazing and I love being a part of your story.
As time goes on, running a small business is hard - with advancements in technology and other things it can be discouraging, and this is just being transparent with you. ๐ค
So can you help me reach more families by dropping a comment, sharing any of my posts to your stories or timelines, and/or leaving a review on my Google page if youโve had a session with me before!? Iโd appreciate it so much ๐๐ป
I pray you have a blessed Tuesday ๐ do something for you today. Whether itโs a coffee, time to yourself or just getting in your Bible and taking time to pray, but do something for you.

We're having twins ... do you have experience with them? YES! And truthfully, I have a lot of photographer friends that end up asking me for a "final touches" mentorship or to assist them when they have twins for the first time because safety for my sessions is always priority + they want to make sure they are safely caring for twin sessions too.
Safety with your newborn sessions will always be the most important thing when it comes to your sessions, whether twin or singleton. What does that mean? That means, that my sessions are babyled and if baby or babies are not having it, we skip and move on. I will never put your baby in a pose they are not comfortable in and/or leave them there to settle if I don't think they will settle.
An image is not more important to me than your baby's safety and comfort. There are times when baby just needs time to settle and they're just annoyed with me, but I KNOW when to wait and I know when to move on.
I am currently booking newborn sessions into January of 2027! The best time to inquire is during your second trimester or early third!

Okay, I have the MOST random question but it's a topic of conversation I have all the time with people. I am convinced that the person that holds your baby first, is the person that connects with that baby more .. making their comfort person either mom or dad.
With our first, she was a c-section baby, dad held her first, he is definitely her favorite. They're like two peas in a pod.
Our second, VBAC ... I did skin to skin with her first ... shes still attached to me. lol Shes grown to love dad but I'm still her safety person.
Our third, home birth ... Dad was included in the whole experience and around and able to be with us and snuggle during our initial skin to skin and she prefers me but is open to dad.
Im curious about yours if you're open to sharing. ๐ฅฐ
