At EQS®, we believe that the health of our environment and of the world's citizens is only as good as the sanitation methods that we use. Unfortunately for us and the environment, our current methods of sanitizing are deeply flawed, but EQS® is striving to change this.

The method of eliminating all bacteria using synthetically-made, chemical and alcohol-based cleaning agents is completely outdated. What happens when we use conventional cleaning agents is that we eliminate all the bacteria from areas and surfaces, both good (probiotics) and bad (pathogens), and the pathogens which are left behind are usually the most resilient and the most opportunistic, and they end up repopulating the surface completely, and the probiotics that were once there don't ever get a chance to repopulate.

This is the cleaning paradox we find ourselves in today, and EQS® is attempting to solve this issue by promoting the use of novel cleaning products that utilize probiotics to outcompete pathogens and breakdown dirt and pollutants. Simply put, probiotic cleaners are the way of the future for the cleaning industry, and we all need to make the switch sooner rather than later. Remember, not all bacteria are harmful; it is necessary that we work with the ones that are beneficial to our existence!
