🌦️ Monthly Recap at the Course: April brings Chaos, Champions &… Kittens? 🌸
What a month it’s been out here on the course. If Mother Nature had a mood board, it definitely included “endless rain” as the theme. We saw so much water that for a few days the fairways looked more like fair‑ways to go kayaking. Parts of the course flooded so thoroughly that even the ducks were considering filing a residency claim.
But the weather didn’t stop the fun.
🐣 Easter Egg Hunt Madness
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt was a great time! The weather ended up beautiful, and lots of prizes were won.
And the big winner? Joe Mejia, who snagged the prize of all prizes: a free membership.
DJ and Anthony took 1st place in the 2-man scramble that followed with a score of 68, and just one point behind with a 69 was Jason and Jamie for 2nd place!

🐱 Unexpected Discovery in the Basement
As if the month wasn’t eventful enough, we made a surprise discovery while pulling out all our signs and flags for the season:
Five tiny baby kittens, hanging out on some panels like they were running their own secret clubhouse.
They’re doing well, and yes, they stole all of our hearts!
🌼 Spring Finally Shows Up
After all the rain, the payoff has been worth it.
The course is exploding with flowers blooming, the trees are waking up, and everything is turning that perfect spring green that makes golfers itch to get back out there.
As always, we are so thankful for all of our amazing golfers that help make Bonnie View such a fun place to be!
