"How much is too much?"
The answer isn't as simple as a number of hours.
For children with ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and other neurodivergent profiles, screens can be much more than entertainment. They can provide opportunities for learning, creativity, emotional regulation, social connection, and communication. At the same time, excessive screen use can interfere with sleep, physical activity, and overall well-being.
So instead of asking, "How much screen time is too much?" a better question may be: "What role is screen time playing in my child's life?"
In our latest blog, we break down what the research actually says and share practical strategies for creating healthy, balanced screen habits that work for your family.
You'll learn:
📱 Why screen time looks different for neurodivergent children
🧠Signs that screen use is supporting your child—or becoming a challenge
đź’ˇ Tips for setting realistic boundaries without power struggles
🌱 Why quality, context, and balance matter more than rigid time limits
The goal isn't to eliminate screens—it's to help your child develop a healthy relationship with technology.

For years, ADHD in women has been misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and often misattributed to anxiety, stress, or “not coping well enough.” But new research is changing that picture—showing that ADHD in women is not only different in presentation, but also deeply influenced by hormonal shifts across the menstrual cycle and lifespan.
If you’ve ever felt like your focus, energy, or emotions are inconsistent for no clear reason, this may help explain why. ADHD in women isn’t static—and it isn’t just about attention. It’s biological, cyclical, and often overlooked.
This blog breaks down what the research is showing and what it means for diagnosis, treatment, and self-understanding.
