Sharper Management is excited to announce expansion to the Rochester market. Currently home to more than 123,000 residents, Rochester and the surrounding area is experiencing a building boom and developers have a focus on creating new and expansive HOA/CIC communities. Specifics soon to be announced, Sharper has signed agreements with significant communities under development in 2026, with more on the horizon.

A wonderful turnout for our first Board Training Session of 2026. 50 Board members from 35 different HOAs came to learn about Governance and hear a Legislative Update.
