Let's meet Jami -- a member of our accounting department here at Gassen!

"Hello! My name is Jami; I am the Payroll and Benefit Administrator/ Corporate Accountant. I started here in February 2024 and have enjoyed meeting and interacting with each of my coworkers. My time at Gassen Company has been both rewarding and enjoyable, as it allows me to stay organized, support each department and company, I play a key role in payroll, HR and corporate accounting operations, managing benefits and integrations into payroll. I have always had a passion for everything payroll related for the last 10 years.

Gassen is a company I appreciate because they care for their employees and it shows. With Spring and Summer department events, and community outreach, Boat Cruise and Happy hours. I truly enjoy collaborating with supervisors and team members to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately.

Outside of work, I like to unwind by being creative: photography, painting, writing my book and baking. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s peaceful fishing, taking relaxing drives on scenic backroads, or a good book on a deck surrounded by flowers and grilling out. Balancing my structured work life with these calming and creative hobbies helps me stay refreshed and motivated."
