Happy 1st Anniversary, ReNew Town Center! 🎉

It has officially been one year since Trinity Property Consultants took over the community, and what an incredible year it has been!

In just 12 months, we have accomplished so much:
- Renovated the community room, pool, fitness center, hallways, and courtyard areas
- Built a new package room to improve the delivery system
- Built a brand-new dog park
- Added improved lighting in the garages for enhanced visibility and safety
- Completed renovations on 56 apartment homes
- Reached 90% occupancy

We are incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made and grateful to our residents for being part of this journey. Thank you for your kind words, love, and support. Thank you for believing in us and trusting us. We will continue to improve!

🌟 Meet Our Team: McKenna 🌟

We’re so lucky to have McKenna as our Assistant Manager here at ReNew Town Center! She’s been part of the community for over 2 years even before our team took over the property and truly knows our residents better than anyone. McKenna always goes above and beyond to make everyone’s life easier. She’s very organized and such an early riser, which keeps everything running smoothly, and her dedication shines every single day. 💙

When she’s not at work, McKenna enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with her family. We’re so grateful for everything she does and the positive impact she brings to our community! 🙌
