Brickell
Brickell is Miami’s waterfront urban concrete jungle that has redefined Miami living over the past 10 years. Originally known as “Millionaire’s Row”, Brickell was actually founded thanks to William Brickell who joined Julia Tuttle as the co-founder of Miami, FL. The original shopping plaza, Mary Brickell Village, is named after his wife! It’s no wonder Brickell is currently both Miami and South Florida’s major financial district. It is currently Miami’s most dense neighborhood and it definitely has transformed into a beautiful neighborhood with shops and restaurants that take Miami living and recreation to the next level. It also is home to 12+ international consulates. The latest phenomenon, Brickell City Centre (the $1.05 Billion shopping and residential 5 block multi-purpose structure). It’s integration of science with its Climate Ribbon (made of 1,000 tons) is to cool, shelter, and shade the center. The sea breeze is guided along the entire structure to ventilate it completely naturally. With bridges that connect to Downtown Miami, Brickell Key and Key Biscayne, it is also able to connect with Little Havana and Coconut Grove directly as well as through the exit of expressways that link towards. The public transportation has truly become the most efficient thanks to the MetroMover, MetroRail, Buses, and Trollies that all also multiple functions and means of transport to get Miami’s densest population around efficiently! Its parks are also great for those who want a mini escape from city life (although the beach is just a bridge away as well). It speaks for itself from a city view or ocean view to provide skyline observation points and inspiration to all who live and travel to The Magic City! 🌴✨🌈🏢🏗🌇🏙🚙🚌🚗🚆🚝🚈🚉🛥🚤⛵️🛶🖼🌊🍻🥂🍴🛍

Little Havana is one of Miami's first iconic neighborhoods (alongside Coconut Grove & Coral Gables). This neighborhood first became iconic with the bar Ball & Chain, which opened in 1932, which was a music venue where jazz musicians such as Count Basie, Chet Baker, and Billie Holiday would come and perform. It was predominately Jewish until it then became worldly popular due to the migration of the Cuban immigrants to where it got its official name. It became a latino hotspot and many cuban-owned businesses took over. Its vibrancy of colors emit the "orgullo" the latin people of the community have. This is where Cubans then called their new home and made it so where it's still evident today. In each corner, you hear Cubans shouting (just really talking) to each other, blasting music, cooking, drinking coffee, smoking ci**rs, playing dominoes, and taking each day in blessed to live in a land with opportunity. The culture here is beyond rich due to many having to flee but with hopes and dreams of a better future that came along. Little Havana is located in The Magic City which could not be more fitting seeing how truly magical it feels to have a little piece of paradise with rich and proud culture dominating and not going anywhere anytime soon. It’s no wonder it’s the heart of Miami. 🇨🇺🌴🐓☕️💃🏻🥁🎺🎷🏙. ☎️Call or text us 📱today if you want to inquire more about living in this vibrant town (786) 505-1566! •
