Beautiful morning class at Atmananda πŸ₯° is great to have a welcome huge!!!

Stretching and hip opening πŸ§Žβ€β™€οΈis an excellent class to start your yoga journey. A hip opening poses stretches the muscles around the hip joint and pelvis, including the buttocks, hamstrings, inner thighs, groin, and abdomen. These muscles are often tight from sitting at a desk all day, which can lead to lower back pain and other issues.

Weekend classes are Sat and Sun 10:30 am.

Dr Wiedershine is a retired psychiatrist, shamanic healer, direct energy healer, and holistic intuitive. After identifying the specific issues or blocks, on the body, mind, heart, or deeper levels, Dr Wiedershine uses a combination of practices including energy work and shamanic healing to remove the causes of illness and to develop the individual on all levels. Continued healing is often offered through simple behavior adjustment recommendations.
