Before & after we ground 20 layers of paint chucked up bad Crete & treated rust with Oshpo on rebar & hand floated entire patios withe speed set & we did all 100 rooms quit a few other things for them but new owners hire new workers..

Resto on 9 story with 12 steps each with 18 landings, 2 employee stairwell with 3 landings & 24 stairs, & a 8 story front stairwell with 16 landings 12 steps each set of stairs their were in rough shape, but determined people can handle anything 4days to grind year of paint and gave them stair that are non-slip and May have saved a few by now.. of hall
