Dinner for me: beef kabob(1), steamed snap peas yellow peppers and some onion and basmati rice and sourdough buttered. Peaches and cream Olipop.
Cooked in the rice cooker. The meat is so tender. I found that cooking most of my meals in the rice cooker is helping with my G.I. Issues
