Front Desk Receptionist - Part-Time (18-20 $/hour)
The Kaplan Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Edgewater, NJ, is seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

About You:

You are a highly motivated individual with a positive and professional demeanor.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a strong working knowledge of computer systems.
You are detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm patient information.
Process paperwork and maintain accurate patient records.
Provide administrative support to the front desk team.
Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
