RGV Winterguard is thrilled to announce our 2026 production: “Hip to Be Square.”

This season, we playfully dismantle an age-old label. What does it mean to be a “square”? We embrace the double meaning: exploring the literal, crisp geometry of the square as a foundational design element, while reclaiming the slang itself. No longer an insult, being a “square” becomes a badge of honor—a celebration of the individual, the passionate, the unapologetically you.

Join us on the floor this season, where we discover that the truest form of cool isn’t found on the trendiest corners, but in the unique shape of your own authenticity.
