​Maintaining our Star Seller badge is a reflection of our commitment to excellence, yet this status is frequently threatened by factors outside our control. We recently lost our badge due to two uninformed reviews that misrepresent our business:
​Premature Judgment: A 3-star review from a customer who hadn't even opened their package yet, as they were still on a cruise.
​Misunderstanding of Material: A complaint that our 100% pure copper cups oxidized, a natural and expected property of the material, not a flaw.
​These subjective, misinformed interactions have a direct, negative impact on our business turnaround. When our reputation is jeopardized by a lack of patience or understanding, it overshadows the hard work invested in every other order. Ultimately, a kind, deserving organic review is far better than non-informed feedback that fails to reflect the true quality of our craftsmanship.
