At this time, we have placed the AREAA Foundation CNJ First-Time Homebuyer Grant Program on hold while we continue to review the program structure, administration, and implementation process.

Over the past 6 months, Joel and Matt have dedicated their time, energy and talents to advancing the mission of AREAA Central New Jersey. Their commitment to serving our members, strengthening our chapter and supporting sustainable homeownership opportunities has helped position our organization for continued growth and impact.

As we look ahead, we are pleased to announce that Christina Ko will be stepping into the role of President of AREAA Central New Jersey. Christina has been a dedicated leader within our chapter and we are confident that her passion, experience and commitment will help guide the organization into its next chapter.
