Getting ready for a busy day at Raritan Central! The locomotives drilling cars in our railyard. #603 #604 #5107 #5145 working together to move 45 loaded cars - arriving in mixed flats, boxes tanks, Gondolas and covered hoppers.

After decades of inactivity, the Heller Park lead track is finally being restored. This valuable stretch of rail, capable of accommodating more than 65 rail cars, is being brought back to full service. The Raritan Central team is installing over 300 new ties and replacing approximately 100 switch timbers as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation effort just off Exit 10 of the NJ Turnpike.
Repairs are now underway, with tie installation in progress. Stay tuned for updates as the project advances!

The #603 is our newest addition - a 1979 built for Missouri Pacific. Rebuilt by Union Pacific and upgraded to GP15N.
The #604 is 1977 also upgraded to GP15N by UP
Both with fresh coats of paint 🥹❤️🚂

Happy Veterans Day to all those who serve! 🇺🇸🚂
We salute active duty, reserves, retired, the families who support them, and those who we have lost.
Every railcar we move contributes to veteran families and the memorials we build to commemorate their sacrifices.
The opperations listed on these Locomotives are some that we have built memorials to commemorate - Extortion 17, Redwing, the 160th special aviation regiment, Mogadishu, Tongo Tongo, Takur Gahar and more in the works to be built.
