The last few weeks have been a season of growth for us as we’ve hired and trained new team members, worked through staffing shortages, and had to do more rescheduling than we’d ever like.

If I’m being completely honest, that also led to a few cleanings that weren’t as consistent as the standard I expect from my company, along with some clients having valid concerns. As the owner, that’s never easy to admit because I truly care about every home we clean and every family who trusts us.

Running a business is hard. There are long days, hard decisions, and sometimes growing pains. But those moments also push you to improve, and that’s exactly what we’ve done.

The good news is… we’ve made it through that season. Our team is trained, our systems are stronger than ever, and next week feels like a fresh start. I’m so excited to get back to providing the consistent, detailed cleanings that Unblemished is known for. ✨
