1. OFFER PRICE 💰: Starting out strong with one of the most impactful aspects of your offer, the offer price. Work with your real estate agent to figure out what your offer price strategy should be and whether you should come in above, at, or even below the list price.

I was fortunate enough to grow up around Real Estate and have continued to be in real estate for over 25 years. My family purchased rental property when I was very young and are still investing in real estate today.
