On Tuesday, May 5th, Luminance Event Coordinator, Emily Harmon with City of Edmond Parks and Recreation, Government, and the amazing team from Visit Edmond attended the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association's RedBud Awards Ceremony. Edmond Electric's Luminance: An Enchanted Stroll received the RedBud Award for Outstanding Event!

This award represents so many departments within the City of Edmond, Government organization. In 2025, we collaborated with Edmond Fire Department, Edmond Police Department, the City Manager's office, the city's Marketing Department, and the Housing and Community Development team to bring our community an amazing holiday experience at Mitch Park!
