Today is National Prescription Take Back Day! PCDFC will not be hosting a Take Back Day event until May 13th from 3pm-6pm at the ECU Brandon Whitten Institute building (831 E Main). However, below are Pontotoc County Drop Box Locations

This event provides community members with a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription medications. Local law enforcement partners will be on-site to ensure medications are collected and disposed of securely.

Prescription drug misuse remains a critical public health concern. By participating in Take Back Day, community members can play an important role in preventing medication misuse and protecting their families and community.
