Blue Dragon Custom

I was given the opportunity to create a very unique chessboard. It has now been gifted so I can post pictures. This boated represents the live action board that you can see for 1 more weekend out at the Oklahoma Renaissance faire. It has 32 different pieces the bottoms mark which side they go on. The board is double poured with two designs then topped with resin. It has a glass etch style square. This is a commemorative board for Red Griffin Productions 25th year. All of the members also got their piece as a take home token of the year.

Busy into faire season and less time creating but creativity never stops. New things being included for chess pieces. Maybe an Alice in wonderland themed board is coming.

I bring you the completed fire and ice board. This is a 12x12 wood board with full size resin pieces. It has a glass etch illusion for squares to not deter from the paint pour base. This was a commissioned piece so it is already sold and as the nature of my pieces all of my boards are one of a kind. Something similar would run 200$
