It is a blast to work with so many wonderful families every day. This month's Wellness Family is Nicole K and her family. While we have been seeing mom and kiddos for a while, recently dad started getting adjusted too.🩷
The K family's favorite season is Autumn. "We love the colorful leaves, visiting local farms, apple cider, and it being the spooky season. We also asked Mom why she liked getting adjusted? "I like how adjustments are like a 'reset' button for my body. I often get headaches from holding tension in my neck and shoulders, and getting adjusted helps to release the tension. It complements other holistic approaches I'm taking on my wellness journey."
