Pacolet Cheyenne Sam's urn & ashes were placed under the BRITTANY MONUMENT at the NATIONAL BIRD DOG MUSEUM in Grand Junction, TN.

In 1964 TIGAR'S JOCKO became the first Brittany to win a major pointer-setter trial... the PHEASANT SHOOTING DOG CHAMPIONSHIP in California, owned and handled by John Munson. After eleven years John repurposed the Trophy to the DERBY CHAMPIONSHIP (A National Qualifying Stake) held by the PACIFIC COAST CHAMPIONSHIPS... which are held annually in Sunnyside, Washington. The PACIFIC COAST CHAMPIONSHIP is the second oldest Championship in the United States... first run in 1899. Jocko's Trophy has now been retired and is on display with its multiple/signed Traveling Case in the BRITTANY WING of the NATIONAL BIRD DOG MUSEUM in Grand Junction, TN.
