A generous gift from your Esperance neighbor, Kaitlin Doyle:

Free Dahlia Tubers!
My dahlias have produced more tubers than my little backyard garden can handle, so I am offering up free tubers to those interested whether you are a seasoned grower or a first timer! All I ask if that when your tubers outgrow your space, you pass along the gift to family, friends or your community!
I have over 60 tubers ready for planting in multiple varieties. I will comment on this post with the list of tubers available per variety and update periodically with how many are left, all tubers will be first come, first serve.
Pickup will in the Esperance neighborhood of Edmonds this week in the afternoon/early evening - exact location and time will be coordinated over messenger.
Happy planting!

One of our EIB projects is to update and maintain the garden beds at the Edmonds Center for the Arts. Last summer, the south garden received a refresh, and this weekend, a fresh blanket of mulch. Thank you, Linda, Rani & Carol!

Who says you can't have a lovely walk in the rain on a wet March Day? Don't forget to visit our City Parks! Edmonds in Bloom funded the Sierra Park main entrance update in 2025. Edmonds Floretum Garden Club planted the daffodils at the Park's rear entrance in 2022. Both are Beautiful!!

Last week, we officially began the 2026 Edmonds in Bloom Garden Tour season with our Garden Host Meet and Greet Event. This gathering was an opportunity for Garden Hosts and the Garden Tour Committee to come together and begin collaborating on another fantastic Tour. There was a lively atmosphere of fun and conversation as we began preparations for this year's event. While the specific garden locations will remain confidential for now, please mark your calendars for Sunday, July 19th, for a delightful day touring the gardens. A special thanks goes to Cathy and Scott Shanks for hosting this enjoyable event.
