For all of you GINiology grads- a great Holiday gift is to reorder your fellow GINiology graduate's recipe for them. If we are shipping, we need to have your order by this Wednesday, Dec. 14th. Customize Your Gin in Our GINiology Class
In Scratch Distillery’s GINiology class, we’ll help you create your own gin recipe from more than 30 botanicals, spices, and other flavors, and then you’ll take a bottle of it home that evening. Your personal recipe is stored in our vault so you can reorder your custom gin as soon as you run out.

At GINiology, after a classic cocktail to start the evening, we’ll tell you about the history and production of gin. And then we taste. We have distilled more than 30 separate botanicals that are used to make most of the gins in the world, so you can taste each flavor independently. By deconstructing gin in this way, you can discover which botanicals make your mouth happy. Maybe you love orris root, elderflower, and cucumber, or maybe you’re a pink peppercorn person. Do you want major juniper or a minimalist approach? You decide if you want your personal bottle of gin to have more heat, citrus, spice, or florals.
