The Richard E. Workman Sports and Wellness Complex will provide citizens and travelers with a recreational center which enhances their quality of life.
Rec pool is currently 88 degrees and rising!!
Classes have resumed to the rec pool as well.
Lap pool temperature is currently 83 degrees and decreasing back to regulation.
Thank you for the patience, appreciation and all kind words regarding the rec pool!

Our June Group Fitness Schedule is here and we have classes for every fitness level!
Sharon is teaching a new class on Fridays - Restorative Yoga!
In this class we will practice gentle yoga poses that promotes restoration and relaxation of both body and mind. Each pose we will hold for two to three minutes. This is a mat based class, all stretches will be done on floor/no standing stretches.

Updates on the rec pool...
Painting will be completed tomorrow. Then time is our friend as we wait for it to cure. She is looking clean and refreshed!
