Our Story
The Community Spectrum was born in the Imperial Valley in 2006 as IVNewsday.com. IVNewsday's original vision was to present the Imperial Valley to the world utilizing broadband video online. Today our mission has evolved to include other city's and to continue to provide positive video stories to a greater area such as the Coachella Valley on-line and through mobile devices. IVNewsday has played a significant role in the Imperial Valley by providing exposure to many government and private businesses that are striving to move forward and as such, helping their community move forward as well. As the past 5 years have shown, we strive to be positive, factual and objective. Now named the Community Spectrum, our mission is to continue our efforts and reach out to other areas. The Community Spectrum will bring significant Coachella Valley, San Diego and Yuma information to the world, on-line utilizing streaming/on-demand video.
