What a blessing to witness the performance last night at exactly 9 pm .. which is midnight ET. To bring in the Year of The Horse 2026x..Can you hear the bell toll ? This made up for not getting to greet the Lion Dancers at my office this year. Previous years, with Demba help, we get to have the blessings from the Chinese Lion Dancers .

Buddhist Meditation Tools for Resilience and Balance is an 8-week, non-credit, in-person community education course designed by the Vietnamese Buddhist Temple and the University of the West to help participants cultivate inner stability, clarity, happiness, loving-kindness, and peace in daily life.
Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Zen Buddhism, this course offers practical mindfulness meditation tools that support resilience in the face of stress, uncertainty, and emotional challenges.
Through guided meditation, mindful breathing, gentle reflection, and group discussion, students learn how to calm the mind, strengthen concentration, and develop greater emotional balance. The course emphasizes applying meditation not only on the cushion, but also in work, relationships, and community life.
