Does your company have a Military Veteran employee resource group (ERG)?

Whether you are a company seeking to attract military veteran talent or a military veteran looking for your next career this is a key question.

A Veteran ERG can be a huge "Force Multiplier" in attracting, hiring, and retaining military veterans. The most successful hiring events I have attended were the result of having Veterans ERG members in attendance representing our organization and telling their stories.

Veteran ERGs are also a vital resource for onboarding and mentorship for veterans, especially those that are newly transitioned.
They’re also a powerful tool to deepen internal connections and boost employee engagement.
