I have been thinking about edges/deliniation/threshholds in my work and in my world. Fascinated always where one thing ends and another begins.

For years (20?) I have kept the sides of my panels bare, preserving the beauty and craftsmanship of the wood. Recently in my summer studio I have begun allowing the images to extend and wrap around the object. Trying to actualize containment and expansion.
