Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and persistence
Maintain and update customer databases efficiently
Assist clients with billing, requiring basic math skills
Utilize technology and computer systems effectively for daily tasks
Communicate professionally in both English & Spanish
Qualifications:
✔ Bilingual: English & Spanish (Required)
✔ Strong analytical skills and initiative
✔ Self-confident, patient, and willing to help people
✔ Tech-savvy and able to manage database systems
✔ High School Diploma or GED (Required)
✔ Must reside in the El Paso, TX area
